The WSEZ offers ready-made industrial halls that can be rented or leased by investors.
A program of building new industrial and warehouse facilities is currently underway. Identical industrial halls are being built in Lower Silesia: Wałbrzych, Jaworzyna Śląska and Ząbkowice Śląskie, in Opolskie Province: Nysa and Brzeg, and in Września in Wielkopolskie Province.
Parameters of the new facilities:
- Area: 5,000 sq m with the possibility of expansion
- Possibility of using from 1 to 4 modules
- Office and social facilities available for each module
- Infrastructure: parking lots, manoeuvring areas, green area
