An industrial hall in Bolesławiec will have its first tenant which from 1th January will start the production of metal elements for car industry. During a ceremonial opening of the facility built by “INVEST-PARK” for the needs of small and medium enterprises, Minister Ilona Antoniszyn-Klik declared her support for easing the entrepreneurs their investment activities in the special economic zone.
– This facility will decrease the initial costs of entrepreneurs from this sector – explains Teodor Stępa, Vice President of Wałbrzych’s zone – not only because they don’t have to invest in the construction of new buildings, but mostly because of the public aid in the form of tax exemptions they are entitled to – he adds.
“INVEST-PARK” built 4 production facilities for future investors so far and it is possible that next year new ones will be created.
