THE WALBRZYCH SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE „INVEST-PARK” Ltd with its seat in Wałbrzych, 58 – 306 Wałbrzych, Uczniowska 16 Street, as a Manager of the Walbrzych Special Economic Zone „INVEST-PARK” announces an an invitation to an auction aimed at selecting an entrepreneur who will acquire an undeveloped property with a total area of 28.5371 ha, consisting of plot of land no. 36/5 with an area of 28.5371 ha (arable land – RIIIb, RIVa, RIVb, RV), located in the Wielkopolskie Voivodeship, Września poviat, Września commune, registration unit Września – rural area, precinct 303005_5.0328 Obłaczkowo, in the town of Obłaczkowo, owned by the WSSE “INVEST-PARK” Ltd. for which the District Court in Września, 4th Land Registry Department keeps a land and mortgage register no. PO1F/00044189/2, hereinafter referred to as the “Real Property”.
The auction is limited only to entrepreneurs intending to conduct production or service activity on the real property, allowed by provisions of local spatial development plan.
