New investors at the WSEZ “INVEST-PARK”

Almost 330 people will be employed by entrepreneurs who have received permits to conduct business activity in the Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone in this year. Ten companies are declaring capital expenditures exceeding 300 million zlotys.

Solgaz, a company functioning in the home appliances industry, has equipped its new production facility in Świdnica. The firm manufactures innovative gas cookers that use no flame (the patented “gas under glass” technology). The Polish company has declared a willingness to employs five people and incur 1.3 million zlotys of capital expenditure.

Another firm that has decided to invest in Świdnica is Almes Poland, a producer of components used in engines and ventilators in home appliances. The Italian company is going to create ten new jobs and invest over 3 million zlotys in equipping the production hall.

Inoxveneta has received its second permit to operate within the WSEZ “INVEST-PARK”. The new investment project involves the expansion of the firm’s facility in Strzelin. The new technological lines will lead to an increase in the production volumes of airtight covers and devices used in the home appliances and automotive industries. The Italian company will invest 1.8 million zlotys and take on at least five new employees.

Corthinx is a Polish company specializing in production of luxurious motor boats and sailing yachts. The firm has leased a production floor in Wałbrzych that was constructed by the WSEZ “INVEST-PARK”. Corthinx will invest almost 7.5 million zlotys in purchasing new equipment, including a large-size CNC machine, an injection machine, composites heating chambers, welding machines, and a fully-equipped carpenter’s shop. The company will hire 20 people.

Gestamp Wrocław will rent a production floor in Wrocław and equip it with technological lines. The Spanish company designs and manufactures frames supporting the engine, the gearbox and the steering column. The firm will spend 69 million zlotys and employ at least 20 people.

Framo Morat Polska is part of the international Franz Morat group. The company produces high-quality drive systems, from cog wheels to transmission gear to complete gearbox mechanisms. The new investment will be located at a production-storage facility in Nowa Ruda. The company has declared capital expenditure in an amount exceeding 10 million zlotys and hiring at least 40 employees. Eventually, the firm will create 100 jobs, including 30 this year.

CW Lundberg is a Swedish firm specializing in the production of roofing snow fences, special catwalks and ladders. The entrepreneur will invest around 5 million zlotys to build a plant in Dzierżoniów, and take on at least seven employees.

Kayser Automotive Systems will generate at least 80 jobs in Kłodzko. The German company will invest almost 11.5 million zlotys to produce fuel and ventilation lines for the automotive industry. The components will be used in vehicles manufactured by leading global corporations, such as Volkswagen, Audi, Seat and Skoda.

Two entrepreneurs have decided to invest in Opolskie Province. In Skarbimierz, Great Maple Company, a Spanish manufacturer of plastic food packaging and film for laminating and labeling, will invest 123.5 million zlotys and create 70 jobs.

Cedrob is planning to employ at least 70 people in Kluczbork. The Polish firm will invest 70 million zlotys to construct a modern facility and equip it with state-of-the-art technological lines for making feed mixtures for animals.
